Great American Tire & Auto Repair

I had a great experience with Great American, specifically this most recent experience with Angel. He was kind and respectful to everyone who came in, updated me on my car as I waited and though I didn't mind a longer wait he expressed a clear tone that told me he held the store to a high standard. GA doesnt need coupons or ads, the atmosphere and no sales pitch keep me coming back!

I called Great American Tire and Auto Repair because my car wouldn't start and I desperately needed my car fixed as soon as possible because I had doctors appointments later in the week that I didn't want to cancel. I explained to, Angel, the owner, and told him that I was disabled and desperately needed my car fixed because of the doctors appointments. Angel was very kind and considerate! He told me to have my car at the shop Monday morning. I did as he asked me and Angel and his mechanics had my car running great for me in 6 hours and I was able to keep my doctors appointments because of the great job that Great American Tire and Auto Repair did repairing my car. I was totally 100% satisfied with the work done on my car! It runs before than it did before Great American repaired my car. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs auto repair work done on their car!!!!

These guys are great. My vehicle dash lights all went on all at once. I panicked and just went to Great American. They kept my vehicle and did some inspection. Although they do not do the type of repairs needed, they were spot on with the diagnosis. Highly recommend Kyle and his crew. Always professional, friendly and helpful. Great American will always be my first choice for my vehicles.

I recently brought my vehicle in after a frustrating experience with another shop, and I can honestly say this team completely turned things around for me. From the moment I walked in, they were professional, transparent, and took the time to actually listen to what had happened. They thoroughly inspected my vehicle, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood my options without any pressure. What stood out the most was their honesty and attention to detail. After dealing with the stress of a prior incident, it was a huge relief to work with a shop that I could trust. The work was completed in a timely manner, and my vehicle is now running exactly as it should. I truly appreciate the level of care and integrity they showed throughout the entire process. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy shop.

The crew at Great American Tire & Auto Repair are awesome. Had a vehicle inspection before buying and found the inspection to be very thorough and worth every fair priced penny. They also did some brake work and flushed out the coolant. They got me back on the road quickly and again felt the pricing was fair. I will be doing business with them again. Thanks guys!
